Do you only do automation, or also organizational consulting?
Both, and they are deliberately interconnected. Operational systems without organizational alignment fail. Organizational change without operational systems doesn't last. We work on both layers.
Which tools do you use?
We design with what your organization already uses where possible — spreadsheets, ERPs, CRMs, WhatsApp — and incorporate platforms such as Make.com, n8n, Airtable, Looker Studio and AI models when they meaningfully reduce friction.
How are engagements structured?
We typically begin with a focused 30-day diagnostic and implementation. From there, organizations choose to continue with a strategic partnership or scope additional, specific projects.
Do you offer ongoing accompaniment?
Yes. Our Strategic Partnership offering provides continuous executive and operational accompaniment, including ongoing system design, leadership cadences and quarterly strategic reviews.
Do you support bilingual organizations?
Yes. We work fluently in Spanish and English, and our systems are built to support bilingual operations across LATAM and the United States.
Can you support organizations across countries?
Yes. We currently work with organizations in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Mexico and the United States, and operate effectively in distributed, multi-country contexts.
